Cancellation AND Refund Policy

Cancellation

For private sessions, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited; these sessions cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited for future use. If you need to cancel a private session, please reach out directly to your coach using the contact form on our website here.

If you are withdrawing from a camp or group session, a credit will be issued to your account. Notice of withdrawal must be given at least two business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the session. If notice is given less than 48 hours before the session begins, no credit or refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if a valid medical certificate is provided. In all other cases, refunds will not be granted. If you must withdraw from a camp due to a scheduling conflict and provide notice at least 48 hours in advance, a credit will be applied to your client account for use toward future WCHA programming.

Please note that no refund or credit will be issued if notice is provided less than 48 hours before the start of a camp or group session. Additionally, refunds will not be given for any private session packages, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
