Elementary school at the wcha
We provide a unique learning environment for students in Grades 5–8, combining academics with athletic development. Our elementary school program is designed to nurture young athletes by balancing their academic growth with a passion for hockey and/or golf.
New for 2025/26, students can choose from three specialized athletic streams: a full hockey program, a full golf program (including a winter golf trip), or a hybrid option combining elite hockey and premier golf sessions—designed to support well-rounded athletic and personal growth.
Following the same school schedule as the Brandon School Division, our students receive a high-quality education that aligns with provincial standards. In our state-of-the-art facility at the J&G Homes Arena, students benefit from small class sizes, personalized instruction, and the opportunity to grow in a focused and supportive environment.
Our comprehensive academic curriculum includes the core subjects:
- Mathematics
- English Language Arts
- Science
- Social Studies
- Health
- Art
By integrating the fundamentals of education with specialized training, we empower students to develop the skills they need to succeed in both their academic and athletic pursuits. At the WCHA, our goal is to inspire a love of learning, build character, and set the foundation for future success, both on and off the ice.
