
For over 20 years, Faron has operated Triple Crown Sports, where he and his team have provided skill development, instruction, and lesson facilitation to more than 10,000 young players.
Faron’s coaching career is highlighted by an extensive list of provincial, national, and Indigenous coaching honours. He is recognized as Manitoba’s winningest and longest tenured Provincial Team Coach and is a four-time Provincial High Performance Coach of the Year, as well as a National High Performance Coach of the Year.
His contributions to baseball, softball, and community have also earned him recognition as Baseball Manitoba Volunteer of the Year, Provincial and Regional Indigenous Coach of the Year, and National Indigenous Coach of the Year.
Faron’s impact extends beyond the field, with inductions into both the Baseball Hall of Fame and the Indigenous Sports Hall of Fame, along with being named Indigenous Volunteer of the Decade.
With a career built on development, mentorship, and service, Faron continues to use baseball & softball as a vehicle to create opportunities, build confidence, and positively impact the next generation of athletes and leaders.
