Paul Thompson was born and raised in Pierson, Manitoba. Paul played his minor sports in southwestern Manitoba, eventually playing for the U18 AAA Southwest Cougars.

After high school, Paul earned a scholarship to play baseball at Minot State University, and received his Bachelor of Science degree before beginning his career as a personal trainer. Since then, Paul has worked extremely hard to build up a reputation as the premier name in strength and conditioning in Brandon and the surrounding area.  Paul has experience developing athletes ranging from Minor hockey to the NHL and National team level, and since it opened, has worked with individuals and teams at the WCHA academy to help his athletes reach their goals.

Paul currently resides in Brandon, Manitoba with his wife Madison.
