Natasha Falk

Strength & Conditioning Coach/On-Ice Development Coach

Natasha Falk

Tash is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is currently completing a Kinesiology degree at Dalhousie University, where she specializes in biomechanics and exercise physiology. She is also conducting an independent study, building a comprehensive database of exercises and coaching strategies to support university courses and help varsity athletes optimize performance.

A former hockey academy athlete in Kelowna, Tash went on to compete for the Dalhousie University varsity hockey team, where she plays an active role in the leadership group, creating a competitive and supportive environment. Her coaching focuses on building physical literacy, confidence, resilience, and a strong work ethic—values she believes extend beyond the rink into everyday life.

Tash’s philosophy centers on teaching movement fundamentals, instilling life skills, and fostering a positive, energy-driven atmosphere where athletes can thrive both on and off the ice.
