Shaun Earl brings a strong coaching background and a lifelong passion for hockey to the U15 Manitoba Wolves. A Hockey Brandon alumnus, Shaun was part of the 2004 U18 National Championship team and played three seasons in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League before stepping away from the sport to pursue a career in the automotive collision industry, where he became a third-generation business owner.
In 2015, Shaun returned to hockey when his oldest son began playing, and he has been coaching with Hockey Brandon ever since. Since 2022, he has worked with athletes aged 5-17 on skill development, but his true passion lies in team coaching and fostering strong relationships within an organization. Committed to continuous learning, Shaun has attended TCSlive at the University of Michigan for three consecutive years, collaborating with elite coaches to refine his approach. He also holds his Development 1 certification from Hockey Canada and considers himself a lifelong student of the game.
As head coach of the U15 Manitoba Wolves, Shaun is dedicated to developing well-rounded athletes, emphasizing both skill progression and team culture as he leads the team into its inaugural season.
