With two years of playing experience in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL), Justin has firsthand knowledge of the demands and intricacies of high-level competition. His deep understanding of the game, combined with his passion for developing talent, has been honed over a 12-year coaching career that spans various levels of youth hockey.

Throughout his coaching journey, Justin has made significant contributions at the MJHL, U18 AAA, and U15 AAA levels.
