Two Ice Times Per Day (Monday – Thursday)

Group A

9:00 am – 9:50 am On Ice Tactical (12 Goalies)

10:00 am – 11:00 am Track

11:00 am – Noon Guest Speaker

Noon – 1 pm Lunch

1 pm – 2 pm Video (Combined Group)

2 pm – 2:50 pm Group Stretch

3 pm – 3:50 pm Positioning Combined Session (24 Goalies)

Group B

9:00 am – 9:50 am Track
